Just Released: AMD Stream™ SDK v1.1 beta
Now available for download is the beta release of the AMD Stream SDK v1.1. This release includes new versions of the Brook+ compiler and the CAL runtime library, adds support for Linux, AMD FireStream 9170, integer data types in Brook+ and integration with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, and incorporates various bug fixes and improvements.

GCC Quick Reference Guide - New & Improved!
The GCC Quick Reference Guide for optimized x86 code generation has been updated to include the AMD GCC contributor team’s contributions to GCC 4.3.0. This one-page summary of compiler flags highlights some general optimization flags and their specific purposes, along with some AMD platform-specific flags, targeted for the GCC toolset available in Linux distributions from Red Hat and Novell and from the Free Software Foundation (FSF). Plus, meet the AMD GCC contributor team at the GCC Developers’ Summit in Ottawa, Canada next month where they will be discussing their efforts on these GCC flags and more.

Download now: Pathscale Compiler Suite v3.2 Beta Tuned for AMD Platforms
The PathScale Compiler Suite is optimized for the AMD64 architecture and includes a PathScale compiled version of the AMD Core Math Library (ACML). Release 3.2 features improved code generation for multi-core AMD processor-based platforms, including platforms with Quad-Core AMD Opteron, AMD Phenom X4, and AMD Phenom X3 processors. This release also adds support for the popular Ubuntu Linux, as well as the latest Red Hat and SUSE versions. Other notable additions to this release are Fortran 2003 ISO C binding support, and gnu compatibility with nested functions.
